I fell from grace that fated hour that our sins bred
Last night when I was caught in the folds of your bed

I gave you something never given before
Something innocent and dear, yet more

And oh how I needed you to take my body, soul, and all
So God, why shall I never be forgiven for this, my sinful fall?
